Labels

We produce leather-look, woven and printed labels for mattress and bed-base manufacturers. Laser engraving, embossing and screen printing let us apply your logo and product details in any size you need.

Colour, dimensions and material are defined entirely by your brand; series production starts once you approve the sample.

Handles

We produce leather-look and fabric handles that make mattresses easy to carry. Stitched or riveted assembly, with or without buckles.

Your brand is applied to the handle surface by laser engraving or printing; sizes and colours are defined per order.

We produce riveted leather-look handles with metal buckles for bed bases and frames. Antique brass, nickel and black buckle options; logo applied to the leather surface by laser engraving.

A reinforced mounting plate is used for high load capacity.

We weave the piping tapes that frame mattress edges on our own looms. Herringbone, rifle, diamond, one-to-one, ladder, honeycomb and triple-twist patterns, in dozens of colours to match your fabric.
